Role & Responsibilities

Conduct on-site visual, tactile, and measurement-based inspections of apparel and footwear at various production stages.

Identify and document defects (stitching, sizing, color deviation, material flaws) using standardized quality checklists.

Collaborate with production and sourcing teams to escalate non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.

Perform random sampling and AQL-based inspections in line with client or industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).

Maintain accurate inspection reports and digital logs for traceability and audit readiness.

Train junior inspectors and support continuous improvement of QC processes.
