Our product, ClassNova, is an educational management platform designed for schools, private tuition classes, coaching institutes, academies, colleges, teachers, and parents. It helps simplify academic management, attendance tracking, homework, communication, and other educational workflows.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Testing Intern who wants to gain practical experience testing a real-world EdTech application and contribute to improving product quality.

What You Will Do

Perform manual testing of the ClassNova mobile application and web platform.

Test features, workflows, forms, navigation, and user interactions.

Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps.

Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.

Test different user roles, including Owners, Teachers, and Parents.

Validate application usability, responsiveness, and error handling.

Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and basic test reports.

Collaborate remotely with the development team to improve product quality.

Help identify edge cases and potential issues before product releases.

Requirements

Basic understanding of software testing and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Knowledge of manual testing concepts and test case writing.

Good observation skills and attention to detail.

Ability to reproduce bugs and document findings clearly.

Basic knowledge of web or mobile applications.

Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work independently in a remote environment.

Good written communication skills.

Freshers and students are welcome to apply. Prior professional experience is not required.

Knowledge of Jira, GitHub Issues, API testing, Postman, SQL, or automation testing is an advantage, but not mandatory.
