Video Content Creator - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan and create daily video content for Mittivanam

2. Shoot Reels, Shorts, project videos and behind-the-scenes content

3. Capture ongoing construction work, materials, craftsmen and natural-building processes

4. Shoot content featuring Aditya Sharma explanations, conversations, site visits and demonstrations

5. Edit videos with cuts, music, subtitles, graphics and basic effects

6. Create platform-specific versions for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube

7. Write basic captions, hooks and descriptions

8. Publish and schedule content across social media platforms

9. Repurpose longer videos into multiple short-form content pieces

10. Maintain an organised library of raw footage and edited content

11. Track basic content performance and identify what is working
