Create a warm, nurturing and engaging classroom environment. Manage the classroom effectively while maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere. Implement the preschool curriculum through age-appropriate, hands-on learning experiences. Plan and conduct creative activities, stories, art, music, movement and play-based learning. Adapt lesson plans based on children's interests, needs and classroom dynamics. Observe children's development and support their individual learning needs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's learning and development. Work collaboratively with other teachers and the school team. Maintain classroom routines, hygiene and safety standards.
