Mandatory Skills:
Strong Business Analysis experience in enterprise technology
projects
Hands-on experience drafting requirementsfor AI/ML/GenAI
initiatives
Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG,
and AI Agents
Requirement gathering, business process mapping, and
documentation expertise
Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Experience creating userstories, acceptance criteria, and process
workflows
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Visio, or equivalent
