Plant HR Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources management within our manufacturing facility in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the HR functions related to blue-collar employees, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment process for blue-collar positions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Oversee labor control and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including ESIC and other statutory requirements.
• Implement welfare activities and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices.
• Experience in managing HR functions in a manufacturing or factory setting.
