About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

2.Create, manage, and execute a social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.

3. Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.

4. Conduct competitor analysis to study competitor content strategies, engagement, branding, and social media performance.

5. Perform trend analysis to identify trending topics, hashtags, sounds, formats, and content opportunities relevant to real estate.

6. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.

7. Stay updated with and effectively use relevant AI tools for content creation, research, video editing, ideation, automation, and social media management.

8. Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, and content formats relevant to the brand.

9. Write engaging captions and basic social media copy.

10. Coordinate with the design/content team to develop creative content.

11. Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.

12. Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and growth.

13. Assist in social media campaigns and promotional activities.

14.
