🔹 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels

✅ Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

✅ Conduct initial HR screening interviews

✅ Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

✅ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

✅ Support onboarding and joining formalities

✅ Support 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗧 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 across South Africa, India, UAE and other markets

✅ Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable IT candidates

✅ Coordinate closely with Recruitment and Business Development teams

🔹 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Good understanding of recruitment processes

✔️ Hands-on experience with 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀

✔️ Good knowledge of 𝗠𝗦 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹 / 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀

✔️ Strong coordination, follow-up and organizational skills

✔️ Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔️ Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
