Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Wealth Management Associate with 1+ years of experience in handling HNI clients, Corporate Treasury relationships, and Family Office accounts. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of investment products and demonstrate the ability to advise and sell multiple financial products including Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, PMS, AIFs., etc.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with UHNI clients, Corporate Treasury clients, and Family Offices.

Identify client investment requirements and provide customized wealth management solutions.

Advisory and sales of financial products including Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, PMS, AIFs, Structured debt instruments, Pre-IPO etc.

Achieve revenue and AUM growth targets through effective client engagement.

Conduct portfolio reviews and provide market/investment updates to clients.

Develop new client relationships through referrals and networking.

Coordinate with product and research teams for suitable investment recommendations.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Wealth Management / Investment Advisory.

Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, PMS, and AIF products.

Experience in handling UHNI, Corporate Treasury, and Family Office clients.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Strong sales and business development orientation.

Good analytical and financial advisory capabilities.

CA / MBA / PGDM in Finance or equivalent qualification.

Relevant NISM certifications .
