Human Resources Manager - Nagpur

Meghe Group of Schools is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Professional to join our Head Office in Nagpur.

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and HR operations across our schools.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviews, selection & onboarding

Manpower planning and staffing requirements

Employee lifecycle and HR operations

Attendance, leave and payroll coordination

HR documentation, MIS and reporting

Employee engagement and grievance handling

Supporting implementation of HR policies and processes .
