Hiring: Retainer Loan Operations (Contract to Hire)

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Gurgaon (Remote flexibility)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Contract Duration: May 1, 2025 Oct 31, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end processing of syndicated and bilateral loans

Strong exposure to Loan Lifecycle, documentation, funding & post-closure servicing

Experience in Loan IQ or Flex, with hands-on servicing of loans

Work on LMS migrations, legal reviews (credit agreements, pricing letters, etc.)

Handle accruals, adjustments, FED/SWIFT payments, cashflows, nostro reconciliation

Collaborate with internal/external teams and ensure daily operational goals are met

Experience in secondary loan trading and settlements is a plus
