Customer Relationship Officer (Greater Noida)

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective strategies to build strong relationships with existing and current customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.
• Drive sales of banking products, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services.
• Support branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in banking or finance.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with excellent computer skills. .
