Field Collection Executive

Job Description:- Visit customers at their residential and business addresses for loan EMI collection. Collect overdue/pending payments from customers as per assigned cases. Follow up with customers regarding EMI, overdue and settlement payments . Generate and follow up on PTP (Promise to Pay) cases. Handle Home Loan, Car Loan, Business Loan, Personal Loan and other loan accounts . Maintain daily visit and collection reports. Update customer status and payment details accurately. Coordinate with the office/telecalling team regarding customer cases. Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets . Maintain professional behaviour while dealing with customers. Candidate Requirements:- DRA & Non-DRA candidates both can apply. Experience in loan recovery/collection/field collection will be preferred. Good communication and convincing skills. Candidate should be comfortable travelling for customer visits. Target-oriented and self-motivated.
