About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Inventory & Stock Operations: Monitor daily inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate stock availability for incoming orders.

2. Customer Experience: Handle customer calls and queries, assist with order-related concerns, and ensure a smooth and responsive customer experience.

3. Order & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with delivery partners to track orders and ensure timely, efficient, and successful deliveries.

4. Issue Resolution: Proactively follow up on delayed, failed, or rescheduled deliveries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the processing, packing, customer support, and delivery teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment from processing to doorstep delivery.

6. Operations Reporting: Maintain daily operational data and prepare regular reports covering orders, inventory, deliveries, cancellations, and customer issues.

7. Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest practical improvements to make our fulfilment and customer service processes faster and more efficient.

8. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 12,000 - 12,001 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 3,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 360000/year
