Enterprise Sales - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Corporate Screening & Trigger Tracking: Screen UK industrial, manufacturing, and energy enterprises ( 100M+ revenue / 500+ headcount) using Companies House, legal dockets, and public filings. Monitor critical transaction catalysts, including SAP S/4HANA migrations, site decommissionings, corporate carve-outs, and private equity restructurings.

2. Legal Feasibility & Risk Vetting: Conduct preliminary legal due diligence on target server archives, including ERP, WMS, and CMMS databases. Identify potential deal blockers, such as active litigation stays, regulatory holds, or consumer PII exposure.

3. C-Suite Stakeholder Mapping: Identify and verify direct contact details for senior corporate decision-makers, specifically General Counsels (GCs), Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), and Chief Data/Information Officers (CDOs/CIOs).

4. Tactical Briefing & Handoff: Synthesize findings into concise, one-page execution dossiers covering the target's software stack, data depth, and trigger events. Hand off vetted leads to the core transaction team for outreach.
