Travel Sales Consultant

About the job:Dream Fly Vacation is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international holiday packages, excellent sales and communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle international holiday packages, including hotels, tours, and cruises.

2. Plan and customize travel itineraries for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Vietnam, and Dubai.

3. Handle B2B sales and respond to client inquiries professionally.

4. Understand customer requirements and provide customized travel solutions.

5. Prepare quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

7. Follow up with leads and existing clients to achieve sales targets.

8. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel partners when required.

9. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking process.

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM
