JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Civil / Road Project

Site supervision and execution of construction activities

Monitoring road, highway, bridge and infrastructure work

Quantity measurement and material coordination

Maintaining site records and progress reports

Ensuring work is carried out according to drawings and specifications

Coordination with engineers, contractors and site teams

Mechanical / Thermal Power Project

Installation, operation and maintenance support

Equipment inspection and preventive maintenance

Monitoring mechanical systems and machinery

Supervising maintenance and project activities

Maintaining work reports and safety standards

Electrical

Electrical installation and maintenance activities

Inspection of electrical equipment and systems

Troubleshooting and maintenance support

Following electrical safety procedures

Maintaining records and coordinating with site teams

ITI / Technician Positions

Machine and equipment operation

Maintenance and technical support

Assisting supervisors and engineers

Following safety and quality procedures

Carrying out assigned technical work at project sites

ANNUAL PACKAGE

1.80 Lakh to 36.00 Lakh per annum

Salary depends on qualification, experience, job role and project requirements.
