About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visual Direction: Translate narrative scripts into precise cinematic decisions (framing, lighting, blocking) via prompt engineering.

2. Microdrama Pacing: Execute high-retention editing principles featuring 3-second hooks, fast escalation, and cliffhanger closures.

3. AI Iteration & QA: Refine AI-generated video outputs iteratively and determine final sign-off for publishing.

4. Prompt Infrastructure: Build and expand the genre pod's reusable visual prompt and pattern library.

5. Pipeline Fluency: Master modern image, video, and audio generation tools within an AI-first production pipeline.

6.
