Generate business through open market, DSA, branch, and other sourcing channels.

Acquire customers for secured lending products including Home Loans and LAP.

Identify business owners, self-employed professionals, entrepreneurs, and other potential customers.

Build relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and other referral partners.

Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement.

Understand customer financial requirements and provide appropriate secured loan solutions.

Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams.

Ensure achievement of assigned business targets.

Maintain strong customer and channel relationships.

Ensure adherence to bank policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 years of overall experience with at least 1 year of banking experience.

Experience in secured lending / LAP / home loans / mortgage products.

Exposure to high-ticket loan sourcing will be preferred.

Strong business development and customer acquisition skills.

Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
