About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead – International Website Sales to lead, mentor, and grow our international sales team.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in international sales, website development, web solutions, or digital services, along with the leadership skills needed to build a high-performing, target-driven sales team.

What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and motivate the international sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Handle international clients and drive sales of website development, web design, and digital services.

Generate new business through outbound calling, lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue.

Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and sales targets.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement.

Build strong relationships with international clients and understand their business requirements.

Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts to successfully close deals.

Coordinate with project managers, developers, designers, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Stay updated on digital trends, website technologies, and evolving client requirements.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in International Sales, preferably in website, web development, software, IT, or digital services.

Proven experience in selling websites, web development, or digital marketing services.

Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing a sales team.

Excellent spoken English and strong international client communication skills.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion, follow-ups, and client handling.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Comfortable working in a night shift to support international clients.

Salary

₹3.5 LPA – ₹10 LPA

Will be based on experience, sales track record, leadership capabilities, and interview performance.
