Junior Talent Acquisition / Recruiter (Remote)

WebIndia Inc is a digital marketing agency serving international clients across the US, UAE, and India. We are hiring a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter to support our hiring across marketing, creative, sales, and support roles. This is a remote, long-term role; candidates from India, the UAE, and the Philippines are welcome. Good spoken and written English is required.

What you'll do:

Source candidates across LinkedIn, Upwork, Wellfound, Naukri, Indeed, and referrals

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against role requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews; keep candidates engaged and responsive
• Maintain the applicant tracker / ATS and keep every candidate's status updated
• Draft job posts and candidate communication
• Support reference checks and onboarding coordination

What we're looking for:

0-2 years in recruitment / talent acquisition / HR (strong internships count)

• Comfortable sourcing on LinkedIn, Naukri, and job boards
• Strong written and spoken English; organised, responsive, and reliable
• Able to manage multiple openings at once and follow up consistently
• Detail-oriented and eager to grow in HR / recruitment
