Job description

About the internship:Getting at least 200 real signups a month from your college through your own referral link and QR codes. A signup counts once the account verifies its email and completes Disco's taste quiz. Every 50 real signups earns Rs 1,000, and fake or duplicate accounts are removed.

Mapping your campus in your first week: listing the 20 people students listen to (society heads, fest core teams, student media editors, meme page admins) and signing up at least 10 of them as Disco founding members by week 3.

Hosting 2 Black Box Days a month from month 2: 12 to 15 students, one surprise itinerary built on Disco, 4 to 5 stops across Delhi. You handle signups, the day itself, photos and the follow-up post.

Landing at least 2 collaborations a month with societies, fest teams or student media, where they make something planned on Disco (a photography society walk, a dramatics piece about a bad night out) rather than reposting us.

Setting up tagged QR codes at the 10 busiest spots on campus and dropping any spot that hasn't brought in signups after two weeks.

Posting one Saturday plan and one 'favourite places' reel a week on Disco's campus Instagram, where you film a well-known student and build their Disco profile on the spot.

Interviewing 10 Disco users a week about what confused them and what they liked, and sending us at least 15 Delhi places a week that students go to and Disco doesn't have yet.

Joining a 30-minute review call every week with your numbers from the shared sheet, and changing any tactic that isn't bringing in signups.Who can apply:Only those candidates can apply who:can start the part time job/internship between 16th Sep'26 and 24th Oct'26are available for duration of 3 monthshave relevant skills and interestsStipend:INRPerformance BasedDeadline:[hidden]:59:59Other perks:Certificate, Flexible work hoursSkills required:Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)Other Requirements:1. Exploring a city usually means generic top-ten lists or gatekept local spots you never hear about. Disco learns how you like to spend a day, whether quiet, slow, hungry, nocturnal, polished or feral, and builds a map of restaurants, bars, cafes and corners that fit. Plans save as itineraries you can share with friends. Disco now covers 25 cities, with early student communities at Penn and Ashoka University, and is built by a small team that believes every city should feel curated for you.
