The role involves preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate architectural and allied drawings while ensuring consistency across all disciplines. The candidate will actively support site coordination, approvals, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaintain records of architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior drawingsCoordinate and cross-check structural and MEP drawings with architectural drawingsPrepare sketch drawings for site clarifications and coordinationMaintain records of GFC (Good for Construction) drawingsIssue GFC drawings to site teams as requiredPrepare architectural drawings as instructed by the ArchitectPrepare drawings for site logistics and execution planningCalculate RERA area, BUA, and construction areas as guided by the ArchitectVerify approval drawings against the latest architectural drawingsPrepare and review drawings for MOEF and other statutory approvalsMaintain records of all approvals and related documentationPrepare sale unit plans for registration purposesReview customer interior layouts with respect to architectural and municipal drawingsRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of architectural drafting standardsFamiliarity with real estate approval processes and documentationGood coordination skills with architects, consultants, and site teamsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage drawing records and revisions efficiently Working Days6 days workingWorking Timings10-6pm
