Sales Executive

Job Description We are looking for a Sales Expert to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with US customers, understand sales fundamentals, and have the ability to convert leads into successful orders. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound leads from customers looking for used auto parts. Speak with customers in the US over phone and communicate through email/text when required. Understand customer requirements such as vehicle year, make, model, engine, transmission, mileage and part specifications . Provide accurate quotes and negotiate with customers to close sales. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until the sale is completed. Coordinate with the procurement and operations team to source and fulfill customer requirements. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Meet individual and team sales targets. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business. Timings - 6:30pm to 3:30am
