Sr Software Developer - Full Stack

*The Role *

This is not a typical developer role. You will be the lead engineer responsible for the full technology lifecycle — from architecture to deployment, from feature development to production security. You will work directly with the founders, translate business requirements into product, and own every technical decision. If you thrive on ownership, are comfortable with ambiguity, and want to see your code directly power a live fintech product — this is the role for you.

*What We're Looking For *

*Must Have *

• Min. 5 years of hands-on backend development experience in .Net • Strong frontend skills in React • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerised deployments
• Comfortable managing cloud infrastructure independently
• Solid understanding of REST API design, database design (SQL + NoSQL), and system design fundamentals
• Experience with Git-based workflows — branching, code review, merges

*Good to Have *

• Prior experience in a fintech or financial services start-up will be preferred
• Exposure to message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with data privacy and security compliance requirements
• Experience integrating with third-party financial or identity APIs
