Build Bengaluru's next commercial property network. We're looking for an energetic, reliable Field Executive who knows Bengaluru, enjoys being on the move, and wants to build a career in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit commercial properties across Bengaluru and identify new opportunities

2. Meet and speak with property owners, landlords, brokers, and decision-makers

3. Collect property details such as location, area, rent, frontage, access, parking, and availability

4. Take property photos/videos and maintain accurate records

5. Understand different commercial micro-markets across Bengaluru

6. Coordinate property visits for brands and businesses

7. Update our property database/CRM regularly

8. Follow up with owners and keep property information current

9. Share market observations and new opportunities with the team

What we offer:

25,000 - 40,000/month fixed

This role is NOT A typical office job. You'll be out in Bengaluru, discovering properties, meeting people, understanding markets, and helping build Tatsav's commercial property network.
