Business Development Associate

Homingo is building a local-first marketplace for homes, rentals, vehicles, electronics, furniture and more. We are looking for a Sales & Growth Associate to help us expand our presence in Lucknow.

What you'll do:

Develop and manage new business opportunities across Homingo’s target segments to drive user acquisition and strengthen market presence.

Drive customer onboarding initiatives and ensure a seamless experience for new users joining the Homingo platform.

Plan and execute business development and growth initiatives aligned with the company’s market expansion objectives.

Coordinate marketing, promotional, and on-ground activation initiatives to support brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and acquisition channels that contribute to sustainable business growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders across target markets.

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams to design, execute, and evaluate growth initiatives aimed at improving acquisition, engagement, and market penetration.
