About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Own the camera. You'll shoot and edit 4-6 things a week on your phone - reels, site walkthroughs, founder takes. No agency, no brief sitting in someone's inbox, no waiting. If you think it'll land, shoot it. Tuesday idea, Wednesday live.

2. Run our whole world online. Instagram, Facebook, Google and WhatsApp are yours. Post, reply, chase, follow up, answer the DM at 9pm because that's when people ask about property. Treat them like your own page - for three months, they are.

3. Read the numbers and call the shots. Every lead gets traced back to the post that made it. You'll get a real ad budget to run, you'll work the numbers out with AI and the founder every Friday, and you'll say what changes on Monday. Then you'll defend what you spent, which is honestly the best part.

Plus the bit you can't learn from a course: you'll sit in on real client calls and site visits, and hear people talk openly about money - what they earn, what scares them, what they're trying to build for their family. Most people your age learn marketing from slides. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 6,000 - 7,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
