Fashion Designer

We are looking for a Fashion Designer who can handle the complete product development process from fabric selection to production handover . Key Responsibilities 🧵 Select fabrics, colors, prints & trims as per our target market. ✏️ Develop new Kurti & ethnic-wear designs based on current trends and customer requirements. 👗 Coordinate and develop samples from concept to final approval . 💰 Calculate fabric consumption and product costing accurately. 🏭 Prepare approved samples/specifications for smooth production handover . 📞 Regularly follow up with karigars, masters, embroidery/work vendors & sampling team . ✅ Ensure correct fitting, finishing, measurements and quality of samples. ⏱️ Ensure samples are completed within committed timelines. 📈 Keep track of market trends, fabrics, colors and commercially viable designs. Ideal Candidate Experience in women’s ethnic wear / Kurtis preferred. Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, sampling & costing . Good coordination and follow-up skills. Should have a commercial design sense — creating products that fit the company’s target customer and price range.
