Civil Site Engineer - Full Time

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Pune with 4 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry.Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to ensure timely completion of construction projects.- Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely and according to design specifications.- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all materials and workmanship meet project standards and regulations.- Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that arise.- Progress Reporting: Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting any delays or potential risks to the timeline.- Budget Management: Keep track of expenditures and ensure all operations remain within budget constraints by managing resources efficiently.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must hold a Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
