Branch Manager - Unsecured Loans

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager for our Unsecured Loans division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of personal loans and unsecured loans within the Chandigarh Region, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team effectively while driving sales performance and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive growth in unsecured loan products.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
