Experience: 5–7 Years Industry: Heavy Machinery / Engineering Location: Ghaziabad Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical Draftsman with 5–7 years of experience in heavy machinery manufacturing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of machine gears, mechanical components, AutoCAD, and measurement work . Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed 2D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD. Prepare drawings for heavy machinery, machine gears, shafts, assemblies, and other mechanical components . Take and understand machine/component measurements and convert them into accurate technical drawings. Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and technical specifications. Prepare fabrication and manufacturing drawings with proper dimensions and tolerances. Make modifications and revisions to existing drawings as required. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure drawings are accurate and practical for manufacturing. Maintain proper records of drawings and revisions. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Draftsman. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD . Practical experience with heavy machinery and industrial equipment . Good knowledge of machine gears and mechanical components . Strong understanding of measurement, dimensions, tolerances, and fitments . Ability to read and understand mechanical/engineering drawings. Good knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes. Attention to detail and accuracy. ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred. Preferred Candidate with hands-on experience in heavy machinery, gear manufacturing, industrial machines, and mechanical component drawing will be preferred.
