Agency Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Agency Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Delhi-NCR Region, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Mumbai Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through agency channels, focusing on life insurance products. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance sales landscape and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets through agency channels.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to ensure they are equipped to sell life insurance products effectively.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities and provide support to agents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in agency sales, particularly in the life insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of direct sales, channel sales, and field sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in business administration (BBA) or commerce (BCom) is preferred, especially for freshers looking to start their careers in sales.
