About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call caterers, banquet halls, and event planners in Kochi and Ernakulam from a list we provide

2. Hold a structured conversation of about 5 to 7 minutes following our call guide, in Malayalam or the language the business prefers

Cold calling, effective communication, and interpersonal skillsAbout Company:TryKaam is a pre-revenue, early-stage start-up building a verified, WhatsApp-based marketplace that connects businesses with student workers for short-term jobs and shifts. Every worker is ID-verified and rated, receives reminders before each shift, and no-shows are replaced, so businesses get reliable staff on short notice and students get fairly paid work without middlemen taking a cut. We were founded in 2026 by Hannes Knapp, who leads operations, finance and sales, and Zaid Aboobacker, who leads marketing and product. Both are students at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. We have not launched yet: we are starting in Kochi with the events and catering segment, where we are currently validating the model with local businesses and preparing our first pilots, before expanding to other sectors and cities.Additional information:1.
