Agency Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Agency Development Manager to join our team in the Delhi-NCR Region, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a network of agents to drive sales and promote our life insurance products. This role requires a strong focus on recruitment, training, and development of agents to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents to achieve sales targets.
• Implement strategies to enhance agent performance and productivity.
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure agents are knowledgeable about our products and sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and commitment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
