The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of client needs, and the ability to build long-lasting business relationships.Key Responsibilities:Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored solutions.Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues.Prepare reports and updates for senior management regarding client performance and engagement.Achieve set revenue targets and contribute to business development initiatives.
