Company budget - 6.24 lpa  🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Swiggy Instamart is looking for an experienced and highly driven Store Manager to manage end-to-end Dark Store operations, team performance, inventory accuracy and First Mile & Last Mile activities. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Dark Store operations. Handle inbound, put-away, inventory accuracy and stock health. Ensure timely order dispatch and rider coordination. Maintain optimum stock levels and coordinate replenishment. Lead and supervise pickers, packers and supervisors. Prepare staff rosters according to demand and peak hours. Conduct training, performance reviews and conflict resolution. Monitor freezer/chiller temperatures and cold-chain compliance. Prepare attendance, performance, shrinkage and SLA reports. Handle operational escalations and ensure SOP compliance. Ensure minimum order delays and high order accuracy. Investigate customer complaints and coordinate for resolution. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, Warehouse, Dark Store or similar operations. Strong experience in team handling, roster planning and store leadership. Knowledge of inventory control and operational SOPs. Knowledge of cold-chain management is preferred. Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
