Hiring For Office Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Office Accountant to manage financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in our Kolkata office. The ideal candidate should have between 4 to 10 years of relevant experience and possess a degree in Commerce or an Advanced/Higher Diploma.Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update all financial records, including ledgers and journals, to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.- Transaction Analysis: Review and analyze financial transactions to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions where necessary.- Budget Management: Assist in preparing budgets by collating financial data and tracking expenditures to help the organization stay within its financial plan.- Invoice Processing: Manage the invoicing process by preparing, sending, and tracking invoices and ensuring timely payments.- Tax Preparation: Prepare necessary documents and reports for tax filings, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.- Reporting: Generate monthly financial reports to provide insights into the organizations financial position and support decision-making.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and good attention to detail.
