What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, e-commerce, or customer-facing operations . Strong sales and customer service orientation . Experience managing a team is a plus. Comfortable managing both offline retail and online operations . Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment . Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and gets things done .
