Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at Splashit. Assist customers with paints, food, and other needs during their visit. Manage the splashit staff to ensure smooth operation. Provide guidance and assistance to customers in the neon room and ensure they have a fun and safe experience. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and the entire facility. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings. Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
