In this critical role, you will be responsible for reputed company-time monitoring of service reputed company, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances, thereby delivering as a global WFM POC for the US team. Your expertise will be reputed company in analyzing forecasted details from the Economists team and drafting way reputed company plans to ensure reputed company readiness, headcount hiring, and other reputed company initiatives. With high visibility to reputed company reputed company teams globally, you will be the driving force behind our operational reputed company, ensuring that reputed company shift responsibilities, operational metrics, and service reputed company are met with precision and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze reputed company level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, and other key reputed company indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Ensure that reputed company org/reputed company adheres to operational expectations, such as shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, and max calls adherence, to maintain exceptional service reputed company.

Collaborate with network POCs (WFM and Ops) to identify gaps and opportunity areas that may reputed company operational metrics and reputed company strategies to address them.

Ensure reputed company closure of reputed company planning-reputed company activities, including training, and WFM actionable SIMs/tickets tagged, reputed company committed SLAs.

Mentor and reputed company fellow RTAs, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance their skills and reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
