About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visit assigned labour chowks in the early morning (approx. 6 am to 10 am) as per the field schedule

2. Explain Shramik and its benefits to daily-wage workers in simple, relatable Hindi and answer their questions

3. Onboard workers by collecting and accurately entering their details, skills, and work history

4. Document the lives of blue-collar workers through short interviews, photos, and videos, with their consent

5. Workers such as masons, plumbers, electricians, painters and carpenters often lack verified identities, skill records, wage security and access to government schemes, while contractors struggle to find reliable labour.We provide verified digital identities, skill certification and escrow-backed wage protection, with IVR and missed-call onboarding designed for low-literacy and non-smartphone users.We have onboarded 500+ workers, completed 264 field interviews, engaged 160 pilot workers across 3 cohorts, and are integrating PMKVY, BOCW and DDU-GKY.We seek incubation, mentorship and investor/CSR access to scale from our pilot to 1,00,000 workers statewide and build sustainable livelihoods through workforce formalisation

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 15,000 /month
