Remote Senior Account Executive, Financial Services

The Senior Account Executive for Financial Services will drive revenue growth across key verticals by leveraging industry expertise and managing the full enterprise sales cycle.ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue across Financial Services, Healthcare, and Professional Services by building pipeline, developing strategic opportunities, and closing complex enterprise dealsLeverage deep understanding of industry specific workflows and business models to act as a trusted advisor to customersIdentify where fragmented financial infrastructure, reconciliation challenges, and operational complexity limit growth, and translate those challenges into Adyen solutionsBuild relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Product, and Operations to align Adyens capabilities with customer growth objectivesPartner cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Risk teams to bring customer insights into our roadmap and go to market strategySkills10+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B payments, fintech, or financial infrastructureDeep experience in at least one of the three Industries verticals: Financial Services, Healthcare, or Professional ServicesProven track record of prospecting and closing complex, high value enterprise opportunitiesExpertise navigating long, multi stakeholder sales cycles with senior Product, Finance, and Treasury leadersAbility to translate technical infrastructure concepts into compelling business value for executive audiencesStrong cross functional collaborator with a consultative approach to solving complex business challengesAbility to navigate ambiguity and adapt to dynamic market conditions while delivering resultsStrong commercial judgment with the ability to prioritize high impact opportunities and drive meaningful business outcomesBenefitsAnnual OTE ranges from $330,000 to $480,000, including base salary and target commissions, plus RSUs.This role is based out of our New York and San Francisco offices (hybrid).
