Essential Functions:

Ensure cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance and effective supervision of manufacturing shopfloor operationsDrive operational excellence (OPEX Operational Excellence) initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and cost reductionLead continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage), and Six Sigma projectsMonitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), cycle time, and throughput across manufacturing linesImprove manufacturing cycle time to drive faster turnaround and higher responsivenessChampion continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes to enhance operational performanceImplement AI and digital initiatives to improve operational efficiencyAssess systems and identify automation opportunities in plant processesSupport cost-saving projects across manpower, material, and machine utilizationDevelop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, and budgetCoordinate with CFTs for smooth execution of digital and excellence projectsTrack KPIs to measure performance improvement and cost benefitsSupport operational, quality, and training excellence initiatives through IT enablement

Additional Responsibilities:

Qualifications
