Job Title: Sales Trainer Experience: 1+ Year Salary: Up to 45,000 CTC Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office Working Days: 5 Days

Job Description: Hiring a Sales Trainer with minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in an International BPO. The candidate will be responsible for training and coaching sales teams, improving process knowledge and enhancing employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for sales/voice process employees.Coach and develop employees on sales and communication skills.Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance.Provide feedback and identify areas for improvement.Ensure adherence to process and quality standards.Requirements:
