Support inventory control and help minimize wastage and unnecessary purchasing. Requirements: Mandatory experience in the restaurant / F&B industry. Previous experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in restaurants or QSRs. Good knowledge of food, beverages, kitchen supplies and restaurant consumables. Good negotiation, communication and vendor-management skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/inventory systems. Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.
