Responsibilities

Email MarketingOwn and manage HerKey’s email marketing strategy and execution across products and campaigns.Plan and execute campaigns, newsletters, and automated lifecycle journeys.Manage segmentation, personalization, and targeting to improve engagement and conversions.Run A/B tests and track campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).Work with email marketing platforms such as Zoho Campaigns, Brevo (Sendinblue), CleverTap, Mailchimp or similar tools.Ensure email deliverability and maintain database hygiene.Product Marketing SupportTranslate product features into clear user-focused communication and campaigns.Assist in product launches, feature updates, and engagement campaigns via Whatsapp, Web Push and Push Notifications.B2B Marketing SupportCreate email communication for hiring drives, employer partnerships, and brand collaborations.Support lead nurturing campaigns for employer partners and prospects.
