Video Editing/Making - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Edit raw footage into short-form videos, Reels, product demos, event highlights, explainers, testimonials, and longer showcase films.

2. Organize footage, select the strongest takes, build coherent narratives, and maintain consistent pacing, rhythm, and brand tone.

3. Create motion graphics, title sequences, logo animations, transitions, lower thirds, callouts, and screen replacements.

4. Perform compositing, keying, masking, rotoscoping, tracking, stabilization, clean-up, and other VFX tasks as required.

5. Apply colour correction and basic grading, and clean, balance, and synchronize audio and music.

6. Adapt master edits into multiple aspect ratios, durations, and file specifications for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, presentations, and LED displays.

7. Work with marketing and technical teams to understand products and translate features into clear and engaging visual stories.

8. Maintain well-organized project files, proxies, naming conventions, media backups, and version history.

9. Use licensed or approved music, stock assets, fonts, and brand resources, and flag any usage-rights concerns.

10. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 - 12,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 8,000 - 25,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 280000 to 450000/year
