The role involves developing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance overall physical function. Key Responsibilities Assess patients’ physical conditions through examinations and evaluations Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans Provide therapy for orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, and sports-related conditions Use manual therapy, exercise programs, and electrotherapy techniques Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and injury prevention Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment Adhere to ethical standards and healthcare regulations Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) Valid license or registration as per local regulatory requirements Female candidate (as per organizational/patient care requirements) Freshers or experienced candidates may apply Strong clinical knowledge and practical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills & Competencies Patient-focused and empathetic approach Good observation and assessment skills Ability to motivate and guide patients Time management and organizational abilities Physical stamina and professionalism Work Environment Hospital / Clinic / Rehabilitation Center / Home Care (as applicable) Full-time or part-time options may be available Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on qualification and experience Professional growth and training opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment
