Law/Legal - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Assist in proofreading commercial contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and distribution/vendor agreements.

Conduct legal research including but not limited to labor laws, environmental regulations, and sector-specific compliance requirements.

Assist in handling legal notices, customer/vendor disputes, and litigation documentation.

Maintain and update legal documentation and DocuSign and such related legal document databases.

Monitor changes in laws relevant to manufacturing, including EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), industrial relations, and factory laws.

Coordinate with external counsel for as per the instructions/directions of the Senior Legal Counsel.
